<p>I see two options, others may have better ideas:</p>

<p>1) Easy: add it to the <div id="header"> (or wherever fits
your design) in index.html</p>
<p>2) Harder: Write a "help" service and add it to the toolbar
(create a help-service.js file, add it to index.html, app.js,
mapbook.xml).</p>
