Paolo - does running 'paver sync' following the initial 'paver setup' work
for you? 'paver sync' currently works in the Travis CI builds, and my local
dev, without raising those migration-related exceptions, so it should fix
your trouble. Agree that the docs should be updated, I'll get on that. :)
