[GeoNode-devel] geonode-project repo command question

In the https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project <https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project> repo

It lists the installation command:

$ django-admin.py startproject my_geonode --template=https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project/archive/master.zip -epy,rst,yml
does anybody know what the flags -epy,rst,yml mean?
