Thanks David and the GeoNode team!

Motion David Bitner: "Motion to graduate GeoNode from the OSGeo
incubation process with Jeff Johnson to act as the Project Officer."

With the following votes I declare this motion passed:

Bruce Bannerman +1
Bob (CI-StPaul) Basques +1
Landon Blake +1
Howard Butler
Arnulf Christl +1
Jody Garnett (chair) +1
Dimitris Kotzinos +1
Tom Kralidis +1
Julien-Samuel Lacroix +1
Mark Lucas
Steve Lime +1
Daniel Morissette +1
Markus Schneider
Cameron Shorter +1
Jeroen Ticheler +1
Norman Vine
Frank Warmerdam

I also want to extend my thanks to the GeoNode community (shout out to
Angelos) who took part in incubation. I hope you found the experience
valuable, and the OSGeo community welcoming. If there is anything we
as an Incubation committee can do to entice you to stay and mentor
additional OSGeo projects let me know!

I have added this to the board meeting agenda and for 3rd Nov. Jeff if
you are available it would be great if you could attend this IRC
meeting - to introduce yourself to the board in your new official
role.

Many of the institutional direct users have developed strong expertise in GeoNode along with many companies that have developed support programs built around GeoNode. There is no single point of failure for this project.
