applying the chosen permissions to all the selected resources,
without having a clue of their current permissions. That bulk
set permissions is just the first of other bulk operations that
will be available in the future like create map or download all
selected layers.

permissions cannot be set by default. That is for
bulk permissions setting and every resource may have
different permissions set. You will see that the
permissions are pre set only on the datail pages.</div>
