A more comprehensive report/blog post on the recent GeoNode Summit is
clearly something to do. However, in the meantime, I'd like to move
forward on one idea discussed.
In regards to website improvements, one idea mentioned was adding a "jobs
board" to the GeoNode website (e.g., <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://geonode.org/jobs">http://geonode.org/jobs</a>). This would
streamline the path for new developers to join the community and would help
employers advertise public open positions broadly. If there are any -1,
please let me know; otherwise, I'll add the page sometime this week.
Pretty awesome that the community is growing fast enough, that a jobs board
is relevant. :)
