[GeoNode-users] GeoNode 2.4b22 problems with integration with GeoServer

Here's the updated SQL:

I just wrote it yesterday and barely tested it (haven't tried the groups
permissions at all yet), but feel free to give it a try and let me know if
you run into any problems.

If it works okay I'll submit a PR for
https://github.com/GeoNode/geoserver-geonode-ext.
