[GeoNode-users] Changing Default Search/Filter for Resource API

Without having the time to investigate - what is the best way to go about
changing Layer/Map/Documents (i.e. angular/haystack/resourcebase_api) to
default to
*order_by=-popular_count*

instead of the default: *order_by=-date*
