[GeoNode-users] Set language (German) for ressource if editing Metadata is not possible

Hello
Regarding to my language option “german” not available in the metadata edit dialog, eg:
YOURNODE/layers/geonode%3ALAYERNAME/metadata

This is still present, even though settings.py does contain:
LANGUAGES = (
    ('en', 'English'),
    ('es', 'Español'),
    ('it', 'Italiano'),
    ('fr', 'Français'),
    ('de', 'Deutsch'),

Not sure what is wrong with geonode. This error is not bound to my install since:
http://demo.geonode.org/layers/geonode%3Astreams_1/metadata

does not show german as option, too.

Hello,

If you've translated some string I can make a pull request sycing with your upates to the geonode's master branch and after you merged you'll see the updates on your instance.

Just say me when you finished translating in transifex.
If the entry is missing first check your configuration file (settings local_settings.py in the LANGUAGE option https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/geonode/settings.py#L75) if german is present ?

Hello,
I am unable to set the ressources language to german / deutsch. The entry is missing in the dropdown-list.
How to add it?

In addition I have translated some of the not yet translated german string via transiflex. How to update my geonode to use them?
