Hello, I cannot find  any convertors "xml to shapfile" .We do not use  Leaflet , we want convertor witch convert xml in shapfile or kml ! Can you give me any suggestions?

Hi,

perhaps you should rather look at using Leaflet : http://leafletjs.com/ if you just want to publish this radar position info alone and not other data.

You have to convert the xml to a shapfile which can be load by GeoNode - except that your XML is a "kml", then you can use it straight. Perhaps you can do the conversion with GDAL? Or convert your xml to csv before?
