Hi your geoserver is running on http://172.16.0.101:32770/geoserver
<http://172.16.0.101:32770/geoserver/geonode/wms?service=WMS&version=1.1.0&request=GetMap&layers=geonode:geoheritage&styles=&bbox=1.2018575442992084E7,-4160946.9365616455,1.5006434018685888E7,-1671701.8885140594&width=768&height=639&srs=EPSG:900913&format=application/openlayers>
while
your client is pinging http://localhost:8080/geoserver
<http://172.16.0.101:32770/geoserver/geonode/wms?service=WMS&version=1.1.0&request=GetMap&layers=geonode:geoheritage&styles=&bbox=1.2018575442992084E7,-4160946.9365616455,1.5006434018685888E7,-1671701.8885140594&width=768&height=639&srs=EPSG:900913&format=application/openlayers>
.

You can fix this by setting the PUBLIC_LOCATION of your geoserver in the
geonode settings.
