Ok,

since in the 2.4.x instance there are already data, would it convenient to perform the dump only on the data (I mean without the schema)?

Hi Eugenio,

the data models did not change in October 2015 as we were in feature freeze so the easiest thing is to just dump and restore the whole database.

Hi all,

I have a running test version of genode in a host that includes 38 layer and 9 maps.

Among the 38 layers, 28 were uploaded and 10 came from a registered WMS.

What is the shorest way to migrate the described layers and maps on another host with a running 2.4.x geonode?

The starting point is a geonode at version 2.4.dev20151029170512.

Both geonode run on ubuntu server 14.04.

Thanks

E.
