[GeoNode-users] Where is my Welcome Page?

I have made a fresh install of Ubuntu 10.04.3 on a spare PC, and run the
various commands given at
http://docs.geonode.org/en/master/tutorials/install_and_admin/quick_install.html
.

I did not see any error messages.

When I try to access the site by directing a browser (on a different PC
connected to the same network) http://10.1.1.4:8080 I get the tomcat "It
Works" page.

Both http://10.1.14 and http://10.1.1.4/geonode give me "Bad Request"

Where can I find the Welcome page?
