Hi Fosco
You can try to style the geonode layers with some cartoview apps directly
from the browser without having to go to udig or qgis first
check demo.cartoview.net
you can do, category styling, heatmap styling, graduated styling...
The resulting style will be saved directly as a geonode layer style file
