Dear Alessio,

thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I´m not done with it.
Setting the var works perfectly on a local fresh vagrant. Unfortunately not on production.
(Production has been upgraded I think from < 2.4 to 2.4). Here the var seems
to have no effect at all ... lock always tries writing to /var/www …
I´ve read others have the same issue let´s see what I can find.
