[GeoNode-users] ALLOWED_HOSTS, PROXY_ALLOWED_HOSTS and MAP_BASELAYERS

Hi, local_settings is just a cascade of settings.py where you can override
the default geonode settings. So if you have to modify them, is best to do
it in local_settings.py
