<p>I have worked on this issues, and I discovered something new.</p>
<p>The 'info format' combo box appears only on 'layer properties' when you load the layer by using the button 'add layer' (the plus icon) from the map composer and nit doesn't appear if you choose 'create a map' from the layer info page. After that if you save
the map with the chosen format for a layer, you can have such format also by getfeature info from the map info page.</p>
<p>Is it possible according to the developed code? </p>

<p>I think having the possibility to choose the info format also before to create a map it would be really useful.</p>
<p>Do you think it could be possible?</p>
