<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Hi. On installing the <a href="https://docs.geonode.org/en/master/advanced/contrib/subsites/">Subsites module</a>, and creating some subsites as 
stated in the documentation, the home page referred to as home results 
to http:///en-us/ as, and the catalog that was initially there does not 
show. And after installing and configuring via the below steps:<br clear="all"></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><ul><li>entered into a docker container named <strong>django4geonode</strong></li>
<li>using <code class="gmail-notranslate">pip install git+<a href="https://github.com/geosolutions-it/geonode-subsites@main#egg=geonode-subsites">https://github.com/geosolutions-it/geonode-subsites@main#egg=geonode-subsites</a></code> I installed subsites</li>
<li>Edited the <strong>settings.py</strong> file for geonode by adding subsites to installed apps as per the instructions in the docs</li>
<li>Edited geonode project <strong>urls.py</strong> file by adding subsites URL as instructed in the documentation</li>
<li>Run <code class="gmail-notranslate">python manage.py migrate </code>to create tables for subsites</li>
<li>Restarted <strong>django4geonode</strong> container using <code class="gmail-notranslate">docker restart django4geonode</code> command</li>
<li>created subsites in the Django admin</li></ul><div><p dir="auto">Using advanced installation in an Ubuntu 22.04 LTS server</p>

<li>Installed subsites via pip after successful GeoNode 4.2.x install</li>
<li>Installed subsites module via pip command similar to the above</li>
<li>Migrate command to populate database tables</li>
