[Geoprisma-dev] All widget documentations are now in Sphinx

Hi,

  All widgets now have their documentation in a .rst file to be used by 
Sphinx.  All old .txt files previously used by NaturalDocs and remaining 
documentation in the ./docs/widgetdoc.txt file were migrated to .rst files.

  Some widget documentation were reviewed, but more work needs to be 
done.  Since there is a possibility of having major changes in widgets 
options with the potential coming of the XMLMapContextConfig driver, it 
would be pointless to review all widget doc.
