[Geoprisma-dev] PGSQLMapContextConfig driver documentation released

Hi devs,

   I am pleased to announce the release of the PGSQLMapContextConfig 
documentation.  See the related ticket [1] (now closed as fixed).  See 
the new documentation page [2] as well as new elements in the existing 
"Architecture and Concepts" topic [3].
