[Geoprisma-dev] PHP/Mapscript dependencies

We didn't test mod_php with something else than prefork for a while now. 
What you point out seems to suggest that it's better to not use mod_php 
under windows. I invite you to share this information on the MapServer 
mailing-list. People there may have different experience.
