[Geoprisma-dev] Ext in repository - upgrade to 3.3.1

Hi,

   I'd like to propose an upgrade of the GeoPrisma ext version in its 
repository.  Current version is 3.2.1, wish version is 3.3.1.  We have 
new widgets that require 3.3.1 in order to work properly, and the sample 
currently doesn't unless we upgrade.

   I'll start with my +1.
