Devs,

Here's some more details on the matter.

   * All entries in a HISTORY.txt file must be added on top-most portion
named "Current Version"

   * All commits made as bug fixes on a stable branch *must* includes an
entry in its HISTORY.txt file.

   * A commit made on *trunk* doesn't require en entry in its
HISTORY.txt. If it's a major bug fix, a new feature or new widget, it's
must be added. If it's a minor fix or enhancement, it shouldn't be added.

   * When a new release is made, the "Current Version" changes its name
for the release name, for example "1.0.1".

   * The *commiter* should take care of updating the HISTORY.txt files,
but should the patch contain the change it's okay.

Best regards,

Alexandre
