[geos-devel] isValid() - repeated points

The change to allowing repeated points was done in JTS 1.3, so that hasn't percolated through to GEOS yet (ah, the joys of multiple code bases....).

That's in the plan to do - in the meantime, assume that repeated points are NOT allowed and you'll sleep happily...  8^)
