[geos-devel] cvs 2.1.2

Just tried the branch-2-1 (2.1.2) of geos (inside postgis) and all 
topology errors that I have been fighting with during a recursive 
symdifference run of polygons came through without error.  The topology 
errors where mostly due to vertex vs intersections less than EPSILON (a 
minimum measurable unit) apart.
