[geos-devel] GEOS C-API on Windows

Greetings all,

When I use GEOS on Linux I need both the libgeos.so and libgeos_c.so to compile/run but on Windows it seems like only geos_c.dll was built, no geos.dll to be found. Is this an artifact of how I built GEOS? Do I ever need both geos.dll and geos_c.dll on Windows? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
