Sorry - think I need a new brain this afternoon!  I meant explicit 
linking.  I'd like to link explicitly at runtime, rather than implicitly 
which is what linking to geos_c_i.lib seems to do.  Or, more generally, 
I'd like to be able to tell geos_c_i.lib where to look for geos_c.dll.  
How can I do this?
