<div>          Please look at the second  parameter of GEOSWKBWriter_setIncludeSRID&#39;s function,like this---GEOSWKBWriter_setIncludeSRID(GEOSWKBWriter* writer, const char writeSRID). It use the const char to define the writeSRID, so it means that the writeSRID&#39;s value not more than 256?</div>
