Actually this code is no longer used in JTS, and should be
deprecated. It's been refactored into CoordinateArrays (for which
there is a unit test).<br>
<br>
Even better would be a polygonize test which triggered this
failure. There isn't such a test case in JTS, however.<br>

The current polygonize::EdgeRing::ptNotInList seems to be calling
EdgeRing::isInList in the wrong way (not negating its return code).
JTS does it the other way (negates its return code).
There's no test failing, which doesn't help.
The first step would be producing a failing test case
