[geotk] Geotk 3.06 released

Hello all

The Geotk monthly release has been deployed to the Maven repository with version 
number 3.06. It is also available as "all in one JAR" bundles:

     http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.06/

The above link contains also release notes and a link to all API changes since 
the previous release.

The main feature of this "Geotk" release is the Coverage I/O metadata work. 
Large tree of IIOMetadata can be represented as implementations of ISO 19115-2 
(or other standard, for example CF-NetCDF would be a good candidate) interfaces 
with few coding work, using Java reflection. The existing TextImageReaders have 
been retrofited in this new framework. More serious formats (ASCII grid, etc.) 
are currently being written and will be part of the next release.

The mean feature of this "Geotk-pending" release is cleaning of Queries and 
FeatureTypes on DataStores.
