[geotk] code for parsing WMS Capabilities docs

Hi again,
I mixed up 1 and 2 in the last message :

1) WmsServer.getCapabilities()  errors ...

We could return two errors : ParseException for parsing errors and 
InterruptedException
for server connexion problems (timeout and so on).
Would that suits you ?


2) There seems to be no way to pass an UPDATESEQUENCE string to ...
