[geotk] Problem with XML marshalling

Thanks Martin for your prompt answer, I had a look to the maven 
dependencies, but only one geoapi-pending jar is listed 
(geoapi-pending-3.1-SNAPSHOT).
Both geotk-referencing and geotk-metadata depend on it according to the 
Dependency Hierarchy.
