Hello all

Geotk 3.21 has been released and is available both on the Maven
repository and the following download page:

http://download.geotoolkit.org/3.21/

There is no significant change in the "core" part of Geotk, because
the work shifted to Apache SIS (more on it below). For this reason,
Geotk 3.21 for GeoAPI 3.0.0 has not been deployed on Maven Central.
However, Geotk-pending still have work in it.

On the Mercurial repositories, the following changes has been
applied:

A new "3.x" branch has been created.

Version number upgraded from "3.x-SNAPSHOT" to "4.x-SNAPSHOT"
on the "default" branch.

The 4.x series will have the following changes:

Classes that moved from Geotk to Apache SIS will be deprecated
in Geotk 4.x, then removed in a future 4.x release. In many
cases (but not all), the transition is simply to rename the
packages "org.geotoolkit" to "org.apache.sis" in the import
statements. In some cases however some cleaning work has been
done.

At some later point in the 4.x series, the Geotk and
Geotk-pending repositories will be merged.

The above apply only to the "default" branch. The "3.x" branch
will stay mostly unchanged except for occasional bug fixes, so
users who prefer stability can stay on the "3.x" series. Note
however that we expect most work to happen on the "4.x" series.

Is there any questions or concerns? Please let us know if you
have any.
