[GIS.lab] vagrant memory settings

Hi,

how can I change memory for gislab_vagrant. I tried to change number
of cpus and memory in virtualbox GUI. When I start gislab_vagrant via
`vagrant up` and login via `vagrant ssh`, `htop` shows 3 CPUs
(correct) but only 995MB RAM (should be 8GB). What am I doing wrong?
