Tektronix Phaser 200e and GRASS4.1

I have found ps.map very satisfactory - I have been sending stuff out to
a bureau for printing, and haven't had a single bad page!  I think it still
lacks a few features, however, and I had a bit of a painful job to generate a
colour
ramp for my topography images.

I look forward to the future development of xgdisplay!
