Update 4 on DEC Ultrix

GrassHoppers:

     I discovered a number of "rough spots" when installing update package
4 that I wanted to make public.

     I applied update 4 on my DEC 5000 under Ultrix.  DEC ULTRIX users need
to use /bin/sh5 to execute install.4.sh.  Even then, the install script has
a line which contains a 2> redirect which choked my machine.  I deleted the
redirect to get around this.

     One of the Gmakefiles refers to orthophoto.h when it should be
ortho_imagery.h.  I had some trouble with /general/gis also, but that one
always seems to give me trouble.
