r.water.outlet does exist

Message title says it all, but seriously, I've been using 
'r.water.outlet' for a few months now. You give it an aspect map (ours 
are generated by 'r.watershed'), an easting & northing and it outputs a 
raster map of the catchment (with category 1 in the catchment, category 0 
outside).

I'm sure I got the source code from 'moon.cecer.army.mil   /incoming' - 
if not then I try and put it there, if that'll help.
