Installing s.to.rast from src.contrib

Hi, 

  I am trying to compile s.to.rast for use with grass4.1.  Grass 4.1 has
been installed and works on our machine.   Since then I have downloaded 
all the src directories and am compiling s.to.rast in the
/opt2/grass41/src.contrib/OTHER/s.to.rast directory.  When I do so, I
get the following:
