[GRASS5] CVS server: tool migration

Hi GRASS Developers,

this mail is to inform you that I will 
work on the CVS respository related tools today.

Two changes are planned so far:

	- use intevation.de's hostkey even for the grass cvs ssh port
	You will probably see the hostkey changed.

	- Change the http browsing tool from 
		cvsweb 
	to
		viewcvs

	(it basically does the same.)
