[GRASS5] AGNPS 5.0 updated (r.agnps.* modules)

Hi there,

short notification: I have updated the AGNPS 5.0 modules 
(r.agnps.input, r.agnps.run, r.agnps.view) and related 
the scripts to run AGNPS under GRASS 5.0.

You should update this tree from CVS:
src/raster/r.agnps50/

Here is a short documentation (yes, the old one
from 1996):
src/raster/r.agnps50/documentation/grass5_agnps5_man.ps

The ANSI sample dataset needs to be updated a bit,
I shall receive this update the next days from another
person.

Using my own dataset, I could run all functions.

Note: The map writing is not yet updated to FP maps,
but (hopefully properly) at least to CELL maps.

The related r.cn2 was updated, too, and some major bugs
eliminated in r.cn. The r.cn2 offers a few more landuse
units required for AGNPS, see local comments.
