My preference is on "simplicity". If the users don't understand how
to report a bug, they won't do. Issezilla looks too complex.
Another problem: If "create an account" is required before you
can report, this is preventing many users to report, too. 

A straight-forward approach is here:
http://r-bugs.biostat.ku.dk/cgi-bin/R
(the "R" statistical language system, I think based on jitterbug).

It's easy to use, even for newbies.
