[GRASS5] r.[in|out].tiff -- please test.

thanks for fixing and upgrading r.[in|out].tiff! I tried them, it
seems to work properly.

Please keep in mind to remove r.[in|out].arctiff and r.out.geotiff
finally or move them to /unused/scripts/
