[GRASS5] nothing to do with r.reclass

The curses library can't find the terminfo/termcap entry for "xterm".

This seems to be a common problem on MacOS X. I don't know what the
solution is. Andy Agena <andya at mac.com> was having exactly the same
problem. Andy: did you ever manage to solve it?
