Thanks for your efforts, Paul. I have updated the PROJ_INFO file
in above package again according to your suggestion.

After receiving confirmation that above PROJ_INFO is valid also
for older GRASS versions than CVS HEAD, I'll update the
package with wrong PROJ_INFO on the GRASS web site.
