[GRASS5] GRASS 5.3 confusion in v.spag

[Michael Barton]

v.spag is supposed to add line intersection nodes to 'spaghetti' lines 
in GRASS binary vector files.

However, it dumps the resulting (ascii vector) file into dig_ascii. 
Perhaps this is the way it is supposed to work. The implication is that 
it reads and writes binary vector files.
