Subject: NVIZ: Keyframe animation channel control cleanup

grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

NVIZ: Currently, only a third of the window to select control-channels for keyframe animation is actually used for this task, the remaining area is left blank and useless.
It would be great if this could be fixed.
