[GRASS-dev] [bug #4951] (grass) proj folder and EPSG codes non-existant after 6.1 cygwin download

Where is you share/proj/epsg file located on the disk? And what path is there
in the "Path to EPSG-codes file" field? If these paths are different, press
the "Browse..." button, navigate to where the 'epsg' file shipped with your
proj instalation is located, then try again.
