[GRASS5] Grass6.0 cant find pq.dll

Hello, 

I've just installed Grass6.0 on Windows XP with cygwin.  Loading the spearfish data set seems to have gone fine. however when I hit the Enter Grass button on the GUI, I get an error that dq.dll can't be found and a suggestion to reinstall.  

Is this a known problem, how should I repair to have a working version?
