Subject: Error in Grass Installation

Platform: other
grass obtained from: Other (CDROM etc)
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: rass-6.1.cvs_src_snapshot_2006_05_20

   Thanks for reply.
   I installed Grass as follows : -

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/grass6 --with-postgres-includes=/usr/local/pgsql/include/ --with-postgres-libs=/usr/local/pgsql/lib  --with-fftw-includes=/usr/local/fftw/include/ --with-fftw-libs=/usr/local/fftw/lib/

make
 After make occur following error :- 

Errors in:
/root/Desktop/grass-6.1.cvs_src_snapshot_2006_05_20/raster/r.in.gdal

Then
cd /root/Desktop/grass-6.1.cvs_src_snapshot_2006_05_20/raster/r.in.gdal
make

Then following error occur :-

main.c: In function `main':
main.c:163: error: `GDAL_DCAP_CREATE' undeclared (first use in this function)
main.c:163: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
main.c:163: error: for each function it appears in.)
main.c:163: error: too many arguments to function `GDALGetMetadataItem'
main.c:165: error: `GDAL_DCAP_CREATECOPY' undeclared (first use in this function)
main.c:165: error: too many arguments to function `GDALGetMetadataItem'
make: *** [OBJ.i686-pc-linux-gnu/main.o] Error 1


Plz resolve problem.
