[GRASS-dev] [bug #5471] (grass) d.vect too noisy

Hi,

I think it could be removed. If not I can imagine

WARNING: Line color and *default* background color are the same

only in *MAXLVEL* of verbosity. But I am not sure if this warning
makes sense to the user.
